About Wheyout...
I have set out to make delicious fresh food that is not usually readily available to those with either one or a combination of specific dietary requirements. I want you & your friends to be able to buy (and eat!!) lovely fresh food without having to trapse around hundreds of shops reading ingredients.
I understand the importance of ensuring there is no cross contamination and respecting peoples dietary choices. If you are unable to eat any of my ingredients, message me and I'll try and make a you friendly recipe variation. My aim is to make sure nobody misses out or feels restricted in their diet.
If you are unable to find a product you can eat, please message me with a list of all your dietary requirements along with the type of product you desire and I will try my best to make something to suit...
(I'm sorry but I will be unable to make meat dishes (quorn or soya yes!) Please also be mindful that some items will not be able to survive the Royal Mail postal service :( but if you are able to collect from Leicester (UK!) then you will also avoid postage costs - yippee!!)
